1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 lg. eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries 2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. milk TOPPING: 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Cream butter; add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in baking powder, salt, flour, and milk. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased muffin cups and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 1 dozen. |
