CHOCOLATE CAKE-PIE DESSERT 
Melt 2 sticks butter (butter); mix in 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Mix well and press into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

In a bowl mix: 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip

Mix up 1 large package chocolate instant pudding as directed on box for pie. Over cooled crust spread sugar, Cool Whip, cream cheese mixture; spread pudding over cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts and grate up Hershey candy bar over top.

Keep refrigerated. Slice, serve and enjoy. Good made with butterscotch pudding or coconut pudding, whatever your taste.
