CRISPY CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. thyme (not ground)
1/2 c. shredded cheese or chunk Velveeta

Cook breaded breasts at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in covered casserole. Make sauce while chicken cooks. Combine 4 ingredients until smooth. Do not overcook. Pour some sauce on breasts and cook 10 minutes. Serve rest of sauce on the side.
