ZUCCHINI TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. grated fresh zucchini (fresh only)

Frosting:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar (plus extra if needed)

Mix cake ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour. Cool cake, then frost.

Absolutely wonderful.
