SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, mild
1 can peas
1 can carrots, sliced
1 can potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup

Cook and crumble sausage. Drain; set aside. In a large pot, mix remaining ingredients. Add drained sausage. Simmer. Serve with yellow cornbread.
