ZUCCHINI FRITTERS 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped zucchini

Deep fat for frying. Stir together flour, salt and baking powder. Combine milk, egg and squash; add to dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Drop from tablespoon into heated fat and fry 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and serve with cheese sauce.
