1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Put into bowl in order given and don't mix until last item is added. Makes 15 cupcakes.
