EASY STRAWBERRY COOL 
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip topping
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 strawberry, sliced to make fan (optional)
1 tbsp. chopped pecans (optional)

In large bowl, mix Cool Whip, drained pineapple, pie filling and 1/2 cup pecans. Mix well. Garnish with strawberry fan and 1 tablespoon chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6 to 8.

Cherry pie filling may be substituted for strawberry.
