CHOCOLATE POCKETS 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
Hershey miniature bars

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Roll and cut into squares - cookie size. Place a miniature bar on the cookie and cover with another cookie. Seal edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
