STUFFED ROUND STEAK 
3 pounds round steak-use meat tenderizer and mallet to pound thin
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 small onion sliced very thin
1 small green pepper slivered
2 tablespoons sliced stuffed olives
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced pimento
1 can/jar mushrooms sliced (whatever is on sale)
1/2 cup packaged bread stuffing
A pinch coarsely ground pepper

Cut beef in half making 2 slices 1 1/2 inch thick. Cook garlic, onion, green pepper in butter and sauté until soft but not brown. Blend in soup, drain mushrooms & add with olives, pimento, stuffing & pepper. Place between meat slices. Roast in 450°F for 15 minutes and then 350°F for 30 minutes for medium rare. Add stir fry veggies or tossed salad for quick meal.
