GRIDDLE CAKES | |
3/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 egg 1 tbsp. oil Mix together dry ingredients. Beat egg; add oil and milk. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing only enough to moisten dry ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup per griddle cake on heated griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn and continue cooking. |
