FRIED CABBAGE 
3 lb. head of cabbage
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1/4 c. bacon drippings
1/4 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Shred cabbage; cut onion. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Fry all in bacon drippings until tender.
