2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. onion
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cut 1 loaf French bread in half lengthwise. Spread meat mix over bread evenly. Put on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with strips of cheese and cook 10 minutes.
