CHEESE BALL 
4 oz. blue cheese or roquefort cheese
2 lg. and 1 sm. cream cheese
8 oz. cream sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Put in large bowl and mix with hands. Make three (3) balls. Use wax paper and roll out three balls. Sprinkle nuts on wax paper. Roll out. Let set up. Keep in refrigerator.
