BRAISED BEEF AND NOODLES | |
1 lb. stew beef meat 1 onion, diced 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 c. beef bouillon 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 2 tsp. basil 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2-3 tsp. sugar Brown stew meat in oil. Add diced onion, salt and garlic powder to taste. Add tomato sauce, bouillon, mushrooms and rest of seasonings. Stir well. Simmer 2 hours until tender. Serve over noodles. |
