PEA SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt to taste

Cook peas and drain. Cool. Combine peanuts, peas, cheese, pickles. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and salt. Toss with pea mixture. Chill and serve 4.
