BARBECUED MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt or less
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs, 2 slices
1 egg
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup

Combine meat, seasonings, milk, crumbs and egg; form into meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes; combine remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. simmer for 15 minutes or bake for 30 minutes. Serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. Can also be served as an appetizer.
