RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 c. rhubarb
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. Carnation evaporated milk

Blend 1 1/3 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sguar and 1/2 cup butter together. Press 1/2 on bottom of 8 x 8 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over first layer. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove top with remaining crust. Bake an additional 25 minutes.
