CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon and cloves (optional)
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs. Add vanilla and milk. Stir and beat in dry ingredients. Stir in zucchini and pour in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

Can be made without cocoa for a white cake and add cinnamon and cloves for flavor. I don't use these spices in the chocolate version.
