SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 beaten eggs
1/2 c. butter
2 c. Pepperidge Farm croutons (herb and cheese)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach - squeeze dry. Mix together all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
