LEMON CREAM CHEESE BARS 
1 pudding recipe yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Mix dry cake mix, one egg and 1/3 cup oil well until crumbly. Reserve one cup of the mixture. Pat remaining mixture lightly in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and one egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked crust layer in pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Refrigerate leftover bars. Finger food dessert.
