HONEY-MUSTARD BAKED CHICKEN | |
2 whole chickens, cut up 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. salt Place chicken parts in large shallow baking pan. In saucepan melt butter, stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Brush glaze over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown. Baste chicken often with sauce while baking. 6 to 8 servings. Also can be baked ahead. Chill it and serve it as finger food at picnics and informal gatherings. |
