2 c. biscuit mix
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
8 oz. sour cream

Mix all ingredients until moistened. Put in mini muffin pans that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned. Makes 48 mini muffins.
