1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
pinch of salt

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Makes 1 1/2 pints.
