SWEET-SOUR MEATBALLS 
Basic meatballs
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Prepare microwave basic meatballs. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in 2-quart casserole. Stir in pineapple (with syrup, vinegar and soy sauce). Microwave uncovered on High (100%) 2 minutes, stir. Microwave until mixture thickens and boils; 3 to 4 minutes longer.

Add cooked meatballs and green pepper - cover tightly and microwave on High (100%) until pepper is crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
