ROLADEN 
4 lbs. round steak, 1/4 inch thick

Salt and pepper on one side of meat. Spread mustard on same side. 4 onions, diced

Brown bacon until crisp; drain well. In same pan, simmer onions. Combine onions and bacon and divide equally on each portion of meat. Roll and secure with toothpicks so filling won't fall out. Place meat in roaster pan and add some water. Put in oven, uncovered, at 350 degrees until brown. Put lid on pan; add water as needed; cook approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
