FLORENTINES 
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 oz. butter
8 oz. coconut
2/3 oz. brown sugar
4 oz. chopped mixed nuts
2 oz. chopped glazed cherries
2 eggs

Melt chocolate and pour into foil-lined cookie sheet and freeze. Mix butter and coconut to creamy consistency. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread mixture over chocolate and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and slice into squares and immediately freeze for about 30 minutes. Break apart squares and keep refrigerated.
