PUMPKIN SHEET CAKE 
BOWL 1:

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs

BOWL 2:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream together sugar, oil, 2 cups pumpkin. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix dry ingredients in above batter (nuts, optional). Bake in 10x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Cream the cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Ice when cool.
