PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans pineapple tidbits, drain & reserve juice
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. juice (approximately)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter

Mix flour and sugar. Add juice (enough to make mixture smooth). To this add tidbits and grated cheese. Pour into greased baking dish. Melt butter and add crushed crackers. Spread on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
