ITALIAN JUICE COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. Crisco, melted and cooled
1 c. sugar
Confectioners sugar, sifted

Mix dry ingredients. Blend sugar and cooled Crisco. Add eggs and orange juice. Blend in dry ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls; roll in confectioners sugar before baking. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees (golden brown). Makes 4 dozen.
