CARAMEL CORN 
Popped corn to fill lg. roaster or bowl
3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. white Karo syrup
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Boil brown sugar, syrup and butter 5 minutes. Add vanilla; stir. Add baking soda. Mixture will foam. Hold pan over popcorn, stir caramel mixture into popcorn. Bake 1 hour at 200 degrees. Take out every 20 minutes and stir. Might be a little sticky, but as it sets it will break apart. Add peanuts if desired when stirring in caramel mixture.
