OAT BRAN WAFFLES 
4 egg whites (or egg sub. equal to 2 eggs)
2 c. skim milk
1 c. oat bran cereal
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Preheat waffle iron. Be sure waffle iron is well seasoned because the first waffle tends to stick. Mix all ingredients in a container with a spout and pour onto the waffle iron. Bake about 5 minutes or until the steaming stops.

Serve hot with corn oil butter and lite Mrs. Butterworths syrup! Excellent for dieters, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
