1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
6 c. Crispix or Chex cereal

In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and oil. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate melts. Stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal and stir. Place sugar in Ziploc (gallon size) bag or paper bag. Add cereal mixture, shake until thoroughly coated with sugar. Keep refrigerated. This is a party snack mix.
