PUMPKIN UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
16 oz. can pumpkin 1 (12-13 oz.) can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1 box yellow or butter cake mix 1 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour into 10x13 inch baking pan lined or well greased. Pour or sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture, then dribble melted butter over mixture, then sprinkle with chopped pecans. bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
