SELF - FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Dash of salt
Paper muffin cups

Mix cake using package directions. Place paper cups in muffin pans. Fill 2/3 full. Cream the cheese with the sugar. Beat in egg and add salt. Stir in the chocolate pieces. Drop 1 rounded teaspoon of cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake as package directions state. Makes 25-30 cupcakes. Cupcakes will not rise much so fill as directed.
