SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage room temperature
10 oz. sharp cheese, grated
2 1/2 c. of bisquick
Red pepper if you don't use hot sausage

Roll out about the size of a large pecan. If you freeze reheat at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes (do not put foil over them). Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes at the top of the oven.
