BISQUICK MIX 
8 c. flour
1/2 c. baking powder
3 tsp. salt
8 tsp. sugar (optional)

Using pastry blender, cut in 1 cup shortening until resembles coarse meal. Store in well sealed container in pantry or refrigerator (preferred, will last longer).
