BAKED POTATO SALAD 
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. mayonnaise
6 med. potatoes
1 can green beans
1 med. onion

Cook butter, flour, salt, and pepper until thick. Pour milk, little at a time, over heat. After this thickens, stir in mayonnaise. Mix with cooked and diced potatoes. Drain green beans and add to the rest of the ingredients. Also the chopped onion. May top with a cracker crumb topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
