CURRIED BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches fresh broccoli, trimmed
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. peanuts

SAUCE:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. curry

In small bowl, mix sauce. Pour over broccoli, bacon, raisins, onion and peanuts and toss. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
