BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli, raw, cut into sm. pieces (2 c.)
1/3 c. chopped red onion
1/3 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts (sunflower seeds)
1/2 c. bacon bits
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, mini cubed

DRESSING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Gourmet tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Stir in rest of dressing ingredients, and pour over broccoli mixture. Cover and let stand refrigerated overnight.
