CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Bring water to boil. Add shortening; add salt and flour. Put on simmer. Stir until it doesn't stick to sides, 1-2 minutes. Take off heat. Add 1 egg at a time, continue to stir until all eggs are in. Drop on a well-greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. When cooled, cut the top open for filling.

CHOICE:

Whip real cream (or)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Frost with either hand-made frosting or 1 package instant frosting.
