RED, WHITE, AND GREEN SALAD 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. broccoli florets
2 1/2 c. cauliflower florets
1 med. tomato, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
Lettuce leaves

Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Combine vegetables. Add mayonnaise mixture, and toss. Chill 3-4 hours. Line serving bowl with lettuce leaves, and fill with salad just before serving. Yields 10-12 servings.
