PUMPKIN PIE 
1/2 c. cane sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pumpkin
1 tbsp. sorghum
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 scant tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Mix sugars, cornstarch, spices and salt; add to 2 beaten eggs. Add other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven 15 minutes at 425 degrees then 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
