AUTUMN TOSSED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, broken into bite sized pieces
3 tart apples, cored and sliced into wedges (do not peel)
1 sm. red onion, sliced into rings
2 oz. blue cheese, or more if desired
1/2 c. Good Season Italian

In large salad bowl, pour 1/4 cup salad dressing and add half of the blue cheese. Mash the cheese into the dressing; blend until smooth. Add lettuce, apple slices and onions. Crumble remaining blue cheese on top. At serving time, toss well with remaining salad dressing. Add more dressing if desired.
