SHERRIED FRUIT 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. dry sherry
1 can pineapple sliced, drained
1 can peach halves, drained
1 can pears, drained
1 can apricots, drained
1 jar spiced apples, drained

Melt butter, add sugar, flour, sherry and let thicken. Arrange fruit in layers. Pour mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
