HAMBURGER STROGANOFF (MICROWAVE) 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream (opt.)

Cook onion in 2 quart casserole, full power, for 2 minutes or until tender. Add meat, cook full power until no longer pink. Stir during cooking time. Drain. Add all ingredients except sour cream. Cook full power 5 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Add sour cream, if used. Cook 2/3 power for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Good served over rice or noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
