CORN CHOWDER 
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. milk
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 1/2 oz.) cream style corn
1 c. chopped, cooked ham

Melt butter. Add onion and cook until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Mix in corn and ham. Heat through. Makes 6 servings.
