POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag of a 79 cent bag pkg. potato chips, crushed

Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and flour. Blend until well mixed. Add crushed potato chips. Chill dough overnight. Pinch dough (teaspoonful) and roll into a ball. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Makes approximately 5 1/2 dozen.
