CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Heat cranberry sauce and strain, reserving berries. Mix liquid, boiling water and gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add lemon juice and salt. Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Add mayonnaise. Beat with mixer or by hand until fluffy. Fold in reserved cranberries, apple and nuts. Stir and chill until slightly thickened. Pour into mold or cups for individual servings.

Makes 6 servings.
