BRITTLE COOKIES 
40 club crackers
1 c. butter (no substitutes)
1 c. brown sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place layer of crackers on 11 x 16 x 1 inch foil-lined pan. Boil butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until crackers float. Sprinkle chips over crackers and spread when melted. Top with nuts. Cut or break into pieces.
